Your data security is our top priority.

We do understand that your company account may contain highly sensitive commercional or personal data. Therefore, every day we do our best to implement industry best practices and standards.

All our software are hosted on cloud virtual servers inside the same datacenter of Vultr: cloud hosting provider with 16 datacenters worldwide.

We use firewall to protect our servers. We also use private network to make connections between our servers.

To secure communication over the network, we use HTTPS protocol encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).

User's passwords are secured with BCrypt and never stored in our database in plaintext, that also makes passwords not readable by team.

Access to user data by employees is absolutely limited to customer's needs (for example: to solve customer's issue).

All payments are processed by Stripe who take full responsibility for payment security. Productroad doesn’t store any credit card information.
